At Addicted Bespoken, we strive for sartorial perfection; however, if your custom-tailored garment does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless 14-day return and alteration policy. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold the garments in their original luxury packaging, ensuring the invoice and RMA form are included inside the box to avoid processing delays.
Ship to Our Atelier
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location for secure transit back to our design studio.
Inspection and Resolution
Once our master tailors inspect the item, we will process your full refund, store credit, or begin the necessary bespoke alterations within 5-7 business days.
